1. Indonesian Government & Maritime Authorities Compliance
- Kementerian Pariwisata (Ministry of Tourism, Republic of Indonesia): Halmahera Liveaboard operates under a valid SIUP-PARIWISATA (Surat Izin Usaha Pariwisata) license, issued by the Ministry of Tourism, ensuring our legal standing and adherence to national tourism operational guidelines. Our parent company, Juara Holding Group, also holds all necessary business registrations, including NPWP (Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak – Taxpayer Identification Number).
- Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Laut (Ditjen Perhubungan Laut – Directorate General of Sea Transportation, Ministry of Transportation): Our entire fleet is registered with the Ditjen Perhubungan Laut and holds valid Certificates of Seaworthiness. All vessels undergo regular inspections to ensure structural integrity, machinery functionality, and compliance with national maritime safety regulations.
- Crew Licensing & Certification: All our captains hold valid ANT I or ANT II (Ahli Nautika Tingkat I/II) licenses, and engineers hold ATT I or ATT II (Ahli Teknika Tingkat I/II) licenses, issued by the Ditjen Perhubungan Laut. Our dive masters and instructors are internationally certified (PADI/SSI).
- BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & Kesehatan: All Indonesian crew members are covered by comprehensive social security (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan) and health insurance (BPJS Kesehatan), ensuring their welfare and compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
- Basarnas (Badan Nasional Pencarian dan Pertolongan – National Search and Rescue Agency): We maintain direct communication protocols and coordinate with Basarnas for any potential emergency search and rescue operations, ensuring rapid response capabilities.
