  • Kementerian Pariwisata (Ministry of Tourism, Republic of Indonesia): Halmahera Liveaboard operates under a valid SIUP-PARIWISATA (Surat Izin Usaha Pariwisata) license, issued by the Ministry of Tourism, ensuring our legal standing and adherence to national tourism operational guidelines. Our parent company, Juara Holding Group, also holds all necessary business registrations, including NPWP (Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak – Taxpayer Identification Number).
  • Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Laut (Ditjen Perhubungan Laut – Directorate General of Sea Transportation, Ministry of Transportation): Our entire fleet is registered with the Ditjen Perhubungan Laut and holds valid Certificates of Seaworthiness.
